2026 CALL FOR PAPERS

The 16th Annual Conference and AGM will be focused on Hamartiology: Doctrine of Sin in African Christianity and will be hosted at the Mekane Yesus Seminary, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 13th-15th March 2026, and will include academic presentations, fellowship and cultural immersion experiences of this important country in African Christianity. The Africa Society of Evangelical Theology (ASET) is a community of scholars fostering theological scholarship for the African church and society. ASET invites papers to be presented on the topic from theological, missiological, biblical, philosophical, historical, educational, apologetical, practical theological and cultural perspectives. [Nairobi, Kenya, 14^th to 15^th March 2025] – The ASET Annual Conference and AGM, a premier academic gathering in the field of theology, successfully concluded its 15^th edition at Africa International University, Karen, Nairobi, bringing together more than 78 scholars, theologians, and church leaders from around the world. The conference, held from 14^th to 15^th March 2025, offered a platform for robust discussions, thought-provoking presentations, and in-depth examinations of Eschatology: Doctrine of Last Things in African Christianity, a subject that continues to shape contemporary theological and Christian ministry discourses.
